HOW IT WORKS

Go from “just another option” by owning an uncopyable category domination argument that makes you “THE ONLY OPTION” for your best buyer.

Stop fighting competitors for the same tiny slice of ready-to-buy customers. Own the 20X bigger pool of the market your competitors have slept on.

Go from six months of skepticism, endless price comparisons, and “let me think about it” to six minutes of “aha… damn, that makes sense” energy.

Make money from a visitor today, then keep making that visitor worth more month after month, year after year. Design your marketing to bring in 20,000 subscribers ponying up a million each quarter.

REAL EXAMPLE

Nausheen had built a good-sized email list but had never sold to them. With the Speed to Decision™ and Compounding Revenue per Subsbcriber™ quantum leap moves, she re-engaged her subscribers in a way that felt natural and authentic to her personality.
By the time she opened the doors to her bootcamp, every seat was taken.

An audio-tech SaaS brand projected $2 million in annual ad-spend savings after we clarified its Contrarian POV™ and designed a Conversion Quiz™ that doubled as a product demo.

A B2B Fintech Consultant launched her Conversion Quiz ™ with just six quiz takers, and two booked a sales call immediately.

The Conversion Quiz ™ for an ecommerce company matched buyers to their perfect complete simulator setup, and they went from a 0.044% conversion to a 14% conversion rate, making 96,000+ GBP in just 12 days.

Doubled her call booking rate with our Compounding Revenue per Visitor ™ OS
You don't always win by being better than your competition. You win by being different from your alternatives.

The pause that changed everything
After three years of wild growth with Conversion Quizzes™, my LinkedIn account was restricted on March 25, 2026.
For six month
I finally had space to scratch an itch I'd carried through client projects:

Going back through all the metrics

Connecting the dots

And making sense of the big fat “WHYs” and “WHAT IFs” challenging conventional marketing wisdom.
Brace yourself, because these three client stories will make you (as they made me) question everything you *think* you know about marketing:
01
Conventional wisdom:
If your ROAS is healthy, your ads are bommmb!
[D2C] GolfBays had 440,000 Shopify sessions and a healthy 6× ROAS. Meanwhile, it took 2,500 website visitors to book one demo. 🤯
The ads team was focused on ROAS. What happened after the click technically fell under CRO, but because the company had no CRO lead, they were sleeping on the 2,499 potential visitors who left without booking a demo.
We rebuilt the buying experience to convert those lost visitors.
We went from one demo per 2,500 website visitors (0.04% conversion rate) to one per seven quiz takers (14% conversion rate), generating £96,000 in twelve days on the same ad spend.
But the quiz wasn't what made this win possible on its own. So I started mapping everything that influenced the result.
02
Conventional wisdom:
Build authority on LinkedIn, and selling becomes a breeze.
One of my clients ran a video mastermind and had massive authority and visibility. His LinkedIn posts attracted around 300 comments, which is unreal organically.
So naturally, when he launched his $6,000 offer, people flocked to book calls.
He booked 27.
And then he tanked 26 of them.
So yes, authority got people onto the calls. But it didn't make selling a breeze.
He thought he was terrible at sales.
He wasn't. His offer wasn't giving buyers a compelling enough reason to choose him over his alternatives.
We dug into their objections and repositioned his message around Creative Delivery™.
The following week, he booked 31 calls and closed 29.
His monthly revenue went from $8,000 to $108,000.
03
Conventional wisdom:
The most common reason buyers give when they don't buy is price.
[B2B2C SaaS] But if that's true, why couldn't an audio-tech SaaS company get gamers to try its product, even when they switched to a freemium model?
We interviewed the CEO, CMO, gamers, sales team, ads team, and go-to-market team. Nobody had the answer until we spoke to the product team.
That's when we discovered the problem:
Gamers already believed their Dolby and Sony devices had the features this product promised.
Even for free, trying something new meant changing a setup they were already happy with.
We clarified what made the product different and carried that message through the buying experience, messaging, ads, and investor pitches.
The founder estimated it saved $2 million in ad spend.
As I mapped what was driving big revenue jumps across our client projects, I started seeing two big hairy problems:
01
Teams are tracking their metrics in isolation.
The ads team doesn't put its nose in sales metrics because they don't believe their work influences sales performance. Caveat: it massively does.
02
Because teams track their performance in isolated spreadsheets, they miss two big things:

A metric that looks good on their department's spreadsheet can still be holding back revenue growth. (A 6× ROAS can still mean losing 2,499 potential buyers along the way.)

A metric that looks bad on their spreadsheet can still contribute to revenue growth. (A higher CAC brings in better-fit customers who request far fewer refunds.)
You'd not know until everyone who touches revenue has one unifying dashboard showing how their work influences the entire customer journey, not just their own spreadsheet.

The birth of Compounding Revenue Per Visitor™ OS
That led me to Revenue Per Visitor™:
A shared North Star connecting everyone in the company who influences revenue.
It helps teams see how their work affects one another across the customer journey

Uncover problems hidden between departments

And spot where the biggest growth opportunities lie.
Instead of getting stuck on isolated questions like “Why aren't we getting content impressions?” or “Why is ROAS so low?”, teams can step back and ask:
Where in the customer journey are we losing potential customers, and what should we fix next to make every visitor more profitable?
With that bigger picture
Teams can make smarter decisions about what to fix before automatically spending more to acquire new visitors.
I also saw how the Conversion quiz™ itself was often only about 15% of the work behind our client results.
The other 85% became the four quadrants of the Compounding Revenue Per Visitor™ OS, our proprietary system that helps seven-figure businesses make quantum leaps in growth by making every visitor dramatically more profitable.
today
Nomads is a boutique agency specialising in Positioning, CRO, and Lifecycle email marketing, helping seven-figure businesses generate millions in revenue from the traffic they're already attracting, without depending on ever-increasing marketing spend.
It's also the subject of my book launching in early 2027.
And if there's one thing I've learned from years of questioning the conventional marketing playbook, it's this:
Bring everyone who touches revenue in one room, talking to each other using Revenue Per Visitor™ as your shared North Star, and solve growth problems together (instead of in isolation), before scaling marketing and ad spend.
